THU | Modern Prospects: Science Hill

The Science Hill tour will explore a collection of lesser-known but equally significant modern structures on the Yale Campus. 

Projects by Eero Saarinen & Associates, Paul Rudolph, Philip Johnson, and Marcel Breuer will be complemented by the narratives of how they came to be and how they impacted Yale President A. Whitney Griswold’s vision for the campus ultimately making Yale the Ivy League institution with the largest and most varied collection of Modern buildings in the country.  These projects represent a range of public, semi-public and private structures that reveal Yale’s interaction with the city itself.
