Description

Nestled along the iconic tree-lined streets of Coconut Grove is one of Alfred Browning Parker’s few remaining masterpieces, a one-of-a-kind “Jewel in the Treetop,” home he built for himself. Parker called the home Woodsong, a nod to the extensive use of beautiful mahogany wood throughout the interior and exterior. The home is divided into three sections which are connected by a breezeway and lazy river running through the property. The home was recently purchased by a new owner who plans to carry forward the legacy of the property and has graciously agreed to open the doors for a small group of Symposium guests on Thursday evening.

This exclusive evening event will feature at least one additional home and a reception.

Tickets are very limited. Many thanks to the homeowners for their generosity. Details including driving and parking instructions will be shared with registered guests before the event.

Guests will provide their own transportation and are encouraged to carpool to reduce the number of cars along the street.
